 Commitment to excellence, we care and we can prove it...

 

We are committed to excellence. The 34 different scoring areas on our quarterly questionnaire asks for scores out of ten. We regularly achieve 9+ out of 10 average. The most recent was 9.61. All comments are printed, with our actions and timescales taken to complete. A copy is circulated to everyone and a static copy hangs in reception for all to see. However, we encourage everyone to let us know instantly of any concern, we then rectify instantly if we can.

 

  

Total Transparency

  

No set up or add on fees. No solicitors costs....nothing hidden. The agreed fee is held for the forthcoming 12 months giving total budget knowledge and control. There are no surprises, no disagreements, no upsets and no unhappiness. Everything is designed to delight!

 

 

  

 The Charwell Hub Club

 

 Our clients enjoy being part of an extended family which shares experience, support and a sense of community. We encourage interaction and The Charwell Hub Club meets every month, after work, with the objective of introducing and meeting other members of the business community. It is informal, enjoyable and free of charge.
